Every order is carefully packed by our team before it leaves our studio.
When your order arrives, please record a continuous unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, we'll gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please note that we are unable to process damage claims without a continuous unboxing video of the sealed package being opened.
