Refund policy

We are sure you will love your product which we have made with so much care. Owing to the nature of our product, we apologise for not being able to offer a refund/exchange unless it arrives to you damaged. Therefore it is advisable to make an unboxing video.

All our products are checked carefully before despatch, and we pick our delivery partners with the utmost care.  However, if for any reason you find a damaged product has been delivered to you, we have a 2-day exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving the damaged item, to request an exchange on the email address given below with a supporting video and a few pictures, to give us visibility to the problem so we can evaluate it further.  

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All requests for exchange are subject to the discretion of The Clay Company.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@theclaycompany.in.  Our team will contact you to evaluate the issue and make it right.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchange on either sale items or gift cards.
