RETURN POLICY
Every order is carefully packed by our team before it leaves our studio.
When your order arrives, please record a continuous unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, we'll gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please note that we are unable to process damage claims without a continuous unboxing video of the sealed package being opened.
SHIPPING
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
MANUFACTURING
Every ceramic piece at The Clay Company is handcrafted in small batches by our skilled team of ceramic artists. We believe quality comes from thoughtful making, not mass production, allowing us to give every piece the attention it deserves. Whether you're looking for a single piece or a large custom collection, there's no minimum order quantity—we're happy to create for projects of every scale.
